Kristen Lancaster specializes in community-based Positive Behavior Support, early intervention, parent training, and supervision. While pursuing her PhD in ABA with The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Kristen serves as a Regional Coordinator for PBS, Corp where she coordinates a team of 50+ analysts and nearly 200 clients. Kristen is passionate about providing effective supervision to behavior technicians, students, and newly certified analysts. She uses evidence-based practices to ensure upcoming clinicians gain relevant experience, continuously consider ethics, and acquire advanced clinical and supervisory skills. Kristen is involved in several projects which include assisting in the development of a 40-hour RBT training, working with a small team to build a professional development program for supervisors, professional training on effective parent training, research that include components of telehealth, parent training, and PBS, and research using OBM practices to improve group compliance with insurance standards. Outside of professional endeavors, Kristen enjoys volunteering in her local community, spending time with her family, practicing yoga, reading, and pondering new directions to disseminate behavior analysis.
