In this presentation, Dani Bowman explores the transformative impact of peer teaching methods on youth with autism through the lens of animation and her journey as an entrepreneur with ASD starting her company at age 14.  She will share her success teaching animation classes and using the subject as means of connecting with students, unleashing their creativity, and using the animation process as a tool for enhancing the social and communication skills of youth with autism, while also fostering peer relationships, building a sense of community and preparing individuals for meaningful employment.
