Alexandra Kay

Alexandra Kay is a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Special Educator with over 12 years of experience in public school settings. She currently works as an Assistant Clinical Director at an ABA center. She holds a Master’s degree in Severe Special Education, and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Psychology.

Alexandra has worked with students from Pre-K through extended transition, supporting individuals with emotional and behavioral disabilities, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and autism. She has trained and coached school staff in behavior plan development, effective interventions, and classroom management strategies. Her professional interests include trauma-informed schools and neurodiversity-affirming practices.

Outside of work, Alexandra enjoys spending time with her dog, baking, and cheering for Boston sports teams.
