Daniella “Dani” de la Riva received her master’s in vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Florida International University in 2016. Dani has worked as a job coach with Best Buddies since 2017, and currently is the Supervisor of Transition Programming. Her job is to assist individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities to find and maintain gainful employment. Her mission is to help High School students bridge the gap between school-based knowledge and workplace readiness through information sessions, employment-based educational training, and on the job experiences.
