B4-H: Inclusive Professional Development References
In today’s job market, people with disabilities including those with autism often struggle to find meaningful and secure employment. Job hunting can be scary due to the unknowns including where they will find work, if their co-workers accept them, having access to benefits, and other components. In today’s economy, people with disabilities want to work to be part of their communities. The goals are not only professionals must understand accommodations and recommendations, but what are the inclusive recruiting practices; and candidates must utilize resources to use while looking for employment.
