B2-B: Collaborative Approach to an Autism Friendly Workplace

Employment rates for autistic adults continue to be devastatingly low. Great strides have been made in supporting autistic adults to obtain and sustain employment, there is still a long way to go. Closing the employment gap requires the implementation of (1) intensive employment readiness and training (2) strategic onboarding and support by businesses tailored to their neurodiverse employees. Simultaneously training both the employee and employer is the key to success in creating sustainable employment opportunities.
