Simply put, the study of who we are at our best. In this workshop, you will learn the six elements key to boosting wellbeing and learning to flourish: Positive Emotions, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, Accomplishment, and Health. Now more than ever, parents and educators need access to proven strategies to enhance wellbeing. You will leave with immediately applicable strategies to increase your wellbeing and the wellbeing of your students, colleagues, and family members. It is our mission at Proof Positive to make the science and skills of happiness accessible to ALL.
Learning Outcomes:
Participants will review the the PERMA+ Theory of wellbeing and be able to identify the six elements critical to thriving.Participants will learn 3 evidence based practices to boost wellbeing.Participants will develop the capacity to measure wellbeing across PERMA+ for themselves and others.
