Angela Caldwell is a Staff Attorney at Disability Rights Florida. Attorney Caldwell joined Disability Rights Florida in 2018. She obtained her master’s degree and Juris Doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. Her expertise is in health law and while at Disability Rights Florida has worked on a variety of Medicaid and Medicaid Waiver cases involving issues of eligibility and reduction and/or denial of Medicaid services, specifically ABA reductions and/or denials. She has also supported individuals with disabilities by providing self-advocacy assistance and education pertaining to the Medicaid Fair Hearing process.
