Diane Adreon

Dr. Adreon is the Division Director of The Daniel Jordan Fiddle Foundation Transition and Adult Programs at UM-NSU CARD. She has worked in various director capacities at UM-NSU CARD since 1993 and has been in the field of autism for 41 years. Dr. Adreon is an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University where she teaches master and doctoral classes in ASD. Dr. Adreon has written three books on autism spectrum disorder (with colleagues) and is a consulting editor for Focus on Autism and Other Developmental Disabilities and Intervention in School and Clinic.

Dr. Adreon is the author of 3 books about autism and owns a private consulting company called “Spectrum Life Strategies.” Book titles include: Special Considerations for Students with High-functioning Autism Spectrum Disorder: A Guide for School Administrators, Asperger Syndrome and Adolescence – Practical Solutions for School Success (Myles & Adreon), Simple Strategies That Work! Helpful Hints for All Educators of Students with Asperger Syndrome, High-Functioning Autism, and Related Disabilities (Myles, Adreon and Gitlitz). Conference registration is waived.
