Elizabeth ‘Liz’ Burke

Liz Burke (she/her) is a consultant at CARD-USF. Liz earned a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and an M.S. in Counseling from Indiana University. She has extensive experience serving children with disabilities, including past positions as a preschool teacher and ABA therapist.
At CARD-USF, Liz supports families and educators of children with ASD by providing them with direct and technical assistance in the home, school, and community settings. She also develops and presents professional trainings on ASD-related topics to various audiences of parents, teachers, administrators, and service personnel. Liz co-facilitates the CARD-USF Sibshops program, sits on the Hillsborough County Superintendent Advisory Council, and is project lead on the Autism Friendly Business Initiative.
