Heidi Kalinowski serves as the National Director of Transition Programs for Best Buddies International. Through Heidi’s leadership, the transition program was piloted and formalized in Massachusetts in 2019 and has now expanded to twelve states nationally. Heidi’s curriculum experience has been integral in creating quality programming that has been approved by multiple state vocational rehabilitation offices for ongoing and expansion of funding for the program. Heidi provides direct support to state staff in training and monitoring of the transition program.
