Karley Kent, BA, is an Employment Specialist/Job Coach at the Els for Autism Foundation. Karley graduated from the University of Toronto with a B.A. in Psychology and Criminology and has worked and volunteered in various roles within psychology, research and special education. As an Employment Specialist/Job Coach, Karley assists adults with autism learn employment skills, obtain meaningful employment in the community aligned with their goals and passions and implements evidenced-based supports and strategies to assist clients in attaining independence within their roles. Karley builds and maintains employer partnerships and attends job fairs, hiring events and networking events with the intention of increasing neurodiversity in the workforce.
