Kaylan Wrightson, BS, is an Employment Specialist at the Els for Autism Foundation® in Jupiter, Florida. Kaylan graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Psychology, focusing in Developmental Psych and Counseling. Kaylan went on to work and volunteer in various roles within psychology, research and special education. As an Employment Specialist, Kaylan assists adults with autism in finding meaningful employment in their communities. Additionally, Kaylan works with clients by implementing evidence-based practices and strategies to ensure success on the job.
