Lance Otto has spent his entire 25-year career completely dedicated to helping what he believes are the most important people on the planet which are Kids, Parents and Teachers. He is a parent of two amazingly intelligent and beautiful daughters and a husband to an equally impressive wife who has also spent her life helping special needs students. Lance has spent over 15 year teaching self contained ASD students as a Physical Education Teacher. Lance is an award-winning educator winning the Hillsborough County’s Ida S. Baker Diversity Educator Of The Year Award, The Walmart Teacher Of The Year Award, Davis Elementary’s Teacher Of The Year Award, nominated three times for PE Teacher Of The Year Award as well as winning the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play 60 challenge championship. Lance believes that when Kids, Parents and Teachers are taken care of, then and only then, will our world be a better place. Through educating Parent and Teachers he hopes to help do this one child at a time.
