Lerena Fleck

Lerena Fleck has a master’s degree in special education from Florida State University (FSU) and is an autism consultant at the Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) at the Autism Institute at FSU. She has over 33 years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities – 21 years as a public school PreK teacher and 12 years as an autism consultant. She was awarded “District-Wide PreK Exceptional Student Education Teacher of the Year” twice and in 2007, was awarded a Wal-Mart & Sam’s Club Teacher of the Year (Leon County, Fl). Lerena is a co-author of the Autism Navigator Classroom Success in PreK through 2nd Grade online course, and is a frequent panelist on the companion webinar series.
