Loden Coleman

Loden Coleman, MSW is the Els for Autism Foundation® Assistant Manager of Employment Programs. She graduated from The University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she received her Master’s degree in Social Work as well as a graduate certificate in Early Childhood Mental Health. During her senior year of graduate school, she interned with UNC TEACCH where she found her passion for working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Loden has experience utilizing and implementing different evidence-based strategies and therapy modalities across the lifespan. Loden joined Els for Autism® as a job coach, where she prepared clients for paid employment, implemented strategies to attain client goals, and provided supported employment for clients throughout the community. In her current role, Loden will collaborates with the Associate Director of Adult Services to develop, implement and assess employment programs.
