Melissa Schiefelbein

Melissa Schiefelbein is a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with extensive experience in clinical consultancy, particularly in the integration of assistive technology to support individuals with special needs. As the Clinical Advisor at AngelSense, she led the development of AngelSense Learning, a virtual training platform designed to empower parents and providers through advanced skill-building techniques.
Melissa is also the Founder and CEO of Bloom Health LLC, where she created specialized resources and training programs for parents of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Her work in behavior analysis includes roles at the Finnegan Family Autism Center and Comprehensive Early Autism Services, where she conducted assessments, developed intervention plans, and trained RBTs and BCBA supervisees.
Her early career involved roles as a Registered Behavior Technician, providing ABA therapy and mentoring other technicians. Melissa also has a strong background in early childhood education, having taught and developed curricula at schools in South Korea.
Melissa holds a Master’s in Applied Behavioral Analysis from the University of Cincinnati, a Master’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Michigan State University, and a Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education and Language Arts from Eastern Michigan University.
