Niza Tonarely-Busto, Ph.D. is a licensed psychologist. She serves as the Clinical Director of the Child and Adolescent Mood and Anxiety Treatment (CAMAT) Program and Clinical Supervisor at the Autism Spectrum Assessment Clinic, both at the University of Miami. She is a certified PCIT therapist. She earned her master’s degree and Ph.D. in clinical psychology from the University of Miami. She completed a predoctoral clinical internship at the Mailman Center for Child Development at the University of Miami’s Miller School of Medicine, serving a diverse clinical population. She has expertise in evaluating and treating youth with a range of difficulties, including anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive, tics/Tourette, ASD, and disruptive behavior disorders. Her clinical and research interests include the evaluation and refinement of transdiagnostic treatments for youth emotional disorders, as well as the early screening, assessment, and diagnosis of ASD.
