Parris Hodges

Parris Hodges is a dedicated resource teacher in the Orange County Public School District, serving within the Instructional Support for Significant Disabilities Exceptional Student Education (ESE) department. She serves as secretary of the school board at Princeton House Charter School. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Central Florida and brings over 12 years of experience working with students with diverse abilities across a range of educational settings. Parris specializes in supporting students who use Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), helping them find their voices and thrive both in self-contained and inclusive classroom environments. Her commitment to inclusive education and individualized support has led to meaningful student growth and successful integration into general education settings. A passionate advocate for equity and access, Parris believes that all students can learn when provided with the right tools and support.
