Improv Skills, such as listening, accepting what your scene partner offers, supporting what is offered, taking a risk by adding something back, and letting go of mistakes if it doesn’t work as you expected it to, are all valuable skills to apply daily in life. These life lessons and more will be explored in this fully interactive workshop. Be prepared to get up and move, interact, have fun, and explore the improv games that have been proven to help students with developmental disabilities learn to communicate more effectively. Participants in this workshop will take away practical tools they can use.
