Dorinda Luzardo

Dorinda Luzardo has been recognized nationally as a dedicated leader and advocate in the special needs community, with a particular focus in the fields of education, clinical support, and comprehensive family and community services for youth with Autism and emotional/behavioral challenges. With a deep and personal commitment to fostering inclusive, effective, and sustainable solutions, Dorinda has worked for over 20 years as the Founder and Director of Angels Reach Foundation, and additionally as a double Masters level educator for another 20 years, developing programs that enhance access to innovative educational programs, uniquely effective integrated therapeutic interventions, and compassionate family-centered resources, all focused on the Foundation’s mission to create a “World Free From Labels ™.”   Her passionate dedication to serving the neurodivergent community was born out of the very personal experience with one of her own children, who having overcome the predicted life limitations of an Autism diagnosis, continues to point the way for the Foundation to advocate for youth and young adults with such often unrecognized talents and abilities. As a strategist and innovator in the field, Dorinda has contributed to policy discussions, curriculum development, and service expansions that prioritize individualized learning, emotional well-being, and community capacity building. Dorinda continues to oversee both foundation-housed and community-based inclusive clinically intensive micro-school programs, as well as integrative clinical ABA programming within private schools and in local communities, and regularly presents to local and international professionals and families about effective methods to support and integrate individuals with Autism. Angels Reach Foundation also facilitates the development of effective Autism support programs internationally through often complimentary training and development projects.
