Statewide Meeting for Autism Spectrum Disorder District  January 15, 2026.


The Florida Department of Education, Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services (BEESS), will be hosting a statewide meeting for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) district contacts in conjunction with the 2026 33rd Annual Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD) Conference http://cardconference.info/. The conference has been scheduled for January 16-18, 2026, at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center in Orlando, Florida.

 The statewide ASD district contact meeting will be held on Thursday, January 15, 2026, from 1:30 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. (ET). If you choose to attend the Educator Day on Friday, January 16th and/or the CARD Conference Saturday and Sunday, January 17th and 18th, it is mandatory for you to attend the statewide meeting for reimbursement.

If you are unable to attend, we encourage your district to send another representative, possibly a school administrator that has students with ASD on their campus. 

The conference hotel room block is available until December 14, 2025. The CARD rate is $159. per night/quad occupancy. Click on conference hotel for reservations.
