Kathryn Elmen

Kathryn Elmen, M.Ed., BCBA, is a licensed and Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, special educator, trainer, and Level 6 PFA/SBT credential holder with over 25 years of experience in education. She has served in diverse roles, including District Behavior Analyst, Special Education Teacher, Special Education Services Support Coordinator, and Program Developer.


Kathryn spent 13 years working internationally in Cape Town, South Africa, where she developed and opened four specialized education program locations. She is passionate about the science and practice of behavior analysis and its broad applications, with professional interests in early intervention, educational advocacy, and the dissemination of compassionate ABA practices.

Outside of her work, Kathryn is the parent of two daughters and enjoys swimming, boating, scuba diving, paddleboarding, and spending time at the beach.
