Kathryn Elmen

Kathryn Elmen, M.Ed, BCBA, is a licensed and board-certified behavior analyst, special educator, trainer and consultant for public schools in Pinellas County Florida. She has been in the field of education for over 25 years, working in various roles including special education teacher, Special Education Services Support Coordinator, and program developer. She worked internationally for 13 years in Cape Town, South Africa, where she developed and opened four locations of a special education inclusion program. Kathryn is passionate about the science and practice of behavior analysis and its diverse applications. She is a mother to two beautiful daughters and enjoys everything that the ocean can offer; swimming, boating, scuba diving, paddleboarding and being at the beach.
