Mandy Pinckley is an autistic self-advocate, speaker, and graduate of Saint Leo University with a Master’s degree in Psychology. She serves on the CARD-USF Constituency Board and is a member of the 2025–2026 Florida Partners in Policymaking class, where she was recognized as an Alan C. Wesley Award recipient through the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council.

Mandy piloted the first virtual neurodivergent peer support group within NAMI Florida, creating accessible, identity-affirming spaces for adults across the state, and continues to expand peer-led support across multiple states through collaborative efforts. She has presented at the CARD Conference for the past two years on topics including the digital danger zone and the sexual violence experienced by autistic adolescents.

Her work centers on empowering self-advocates through peer-led support, bridging lived experience with practical tools, and continuing the conversation around technology, safety, and everyday life for autistic individuals.
