Hugo Morales is a sales executive and customer service leader with over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, working with diverse teams and clients nationwide. As a John Maxwell Certified Leadership Coach, he is dedicated to mentoring, developing talent, and strengthening leadership capacity in high-performance environments.

Hugo is also a contributing author in For the Love of Autism and an active collaborator in autism advocacy work through The Autism Hero Project (AHP), led by his wife, Tamika Lecheé Morales. Together, they support multistate initiatives across Illinois and Florida focused on autism inclusion and programming. Hugo plays a key role in operational support, event execution, and community engagement, helping bring storytelling-based advocacy efforts to life in real-world settings.

With over a decade of volunteer service supporting individuals on the autism spectrum and individuals experiencing homelessness, Hugo brings a grounded commitment to service, dignity, and community care to all his work. He values family, impact-driven leadership, and initiatives that translate personal story into meaningful systems change.
