PEPSA grant has been suspended in the state of Florida

WHAT WAS PEPSA?

The Partnership for Effective Programs for Students with Autism (PEPSA), was a project funded by the State of Florida, Department of Education, K-12 Public Schools, Bureau of Exceptional Education and Student Services, through Federal assistance under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part B.

It provided an annual educational conference with presentations from various professionals and those that were working of projects throughout the school year.

All PEPSA funding was ceased in June for the 26-27 year beginning in August.

A LOW COST DAY DESIGNED FOR EDUCATORS, PROFESSIONALS, &  FAMILY MEMBERS.  INCLUDED IN FULL CONFERENCE ADMISSION TICKET OR MAY BE PURCHASED ALONE FOR ONLY $25.

ABOUT EDUCATORS DAY

The CARD centers of Florida understand the importance of continuing a day of educational related topics.
All funding for the PEPSA project has been ceased as of August 2026.  The CARD centers will continue to provide a day of sessions focused on education. Ironically, this year we are proud to  have a presentation from a PEPSA project that was honored 10 years ago and brought back.

CARD is proud to be to continue to day at a very low cost for the day or included in with your weekend registration.

The day will begin promptly at 8:00am and finish at 3:45pm.
